The ‘Dharohar’ App is a one-stop solution for effective information access, query management and grievance solution for all pension beneficiaries.

Beneficiaries can register themselves by putting their Name, Mobile, Aadhar, District, Geo-tagged Address and Live Photo. Their mobile is verified by an OTP.

Once pension beneficiary registers themselves, they can:

  1. Check Pension Status: Access Pension Status for Last 6 months with status, account details and amount of the funds disbursed. If unsuccessful, reason of rejection
  1. Request Information Update: Beneficiary can put a request for update in Address, Bank Account Details, Life Certificate & Mobile. Once the request is received by the Admin, after validating the records, the information can be updated in the central database and the status for the same can be tracked by the beneficiary inside the app.
  1. Add Grievance: Beneficiary can post any type of grievance from inside the application, which gets directly received by the corresponding District Admin for timely resolution. The app also has an in-built 2-way communication feature between the Beneficiary and the District Admin for effective communication around the grievance.
  1. Notifications: Beneficiary will have access to important information alerts/notices/circulars sent by the Admin at any time with push notification alert.
  1. Gallery & Useful Information: The application also has the Gallery and Useful Information section to help beneficiary access any important video message by the Department/Hon’ble Minister. Also, the Useful Information tab can be used for reading information about the schemes being offered.

The application is bi-lingual and supports Hindi and English language interface.
